No Large Items! such as furniture, etc. (we deliver using SUVs, not pickup trucks)

It is your responsibility to;

• Check off “No substitutions” (If available through stores website), as our driver will agree to accept all substitutions.
• Make sure you order the correct product. Incorrect products are not our responsibility.
• Order from the correct location. (North Bay, Ontario)

Delivery will be to the front door, or lobby (if it is an apartment building). In cases where the driver will be delivering the lobby, someone must be available to meet him and have their confirmation code with them.

It is important that you make sure you are available at the time of the delivery. Our driver will not stay and wait, because we have other deliveries to get to.
