Incorrect products are not our responsibility.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Order from the correct location. <strong>(North Bay, Ontario) <\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-primary-hover-color has-text-color has-medium-font-size wp-block-paragraph\">Delivery will be to the <strong>front door, or lobby<\/strong> (if it is an apartment building).  In cases where the driver will be delivering the lobby, someone must be available to meet him and have their confirmation code with them.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-primary-hover-color has-text-color has-medium-font-size wp-block-paragraph\">It is important that you make sure you are available at the time of the delivery.
